CUSTOM DIGITAL PLATFORMS
Portals, memberships and software products deserve a plan of their own. We begin with paid discovery, then provide a phased implementation proposal.
Discovery: $750–$2,000
Requirements document and implementation proposal. Development is quoted separately.

Hosting allowance, uptime monitoring, backups and routine maintenance.

Everything in Essential Care, plus up to 1 hour of content updates each month.

Everything in Essential Care, plus up to 3 total hours of updates and improvements each month.
Included care hours do not roll over. Larger changes and new functionality are quoted separately.
Payment milestones: 50% deposit, 30% after design approval and 20% before launch.
Additional work: $100/hour or an agreed fixed quote, approved before work begins. Each revision round is one consolidated feedback list; new pages or features are additional scope.
Third-party costs: Domain registration, email, paid apps, payment-processing fees, premium services and any hosting beyond the agreed allowance are separate.
Handover: You own the agreed custom deliverables after full payment, subject to third-party licences. Ownership, access and support responsibilities are set out in the proposal.
After launch: 30 days of fixes for defects in the agreed work. New requests are covered by a care plan or additional work.

Hosting, maintenance and third-party subscriptions are separate. Custom platforms are quoted separately. Your proposal confirms the scope, deliverables, third-party costs and payment milestones.
Timing depends on scope, content readiness and integrations. We’ll agree a realistic schedule in your proposal and identify what we need from you to keep the work moving.
